Our group works on a variety of computational biology problems, including transcriptional regulatory network inference, protein structure and function prediction, prediction of larger macromolecular assemblies, label-free (e.g., Raman) image processing, and calcium signaling network simulation. We apply our techniques in general, as well as for specific applications to immunology.
