Advanced RF Systems Lab.

The Advanced RF Systems Lab (ARFSL) focuses on developing integrated circuits and systems at high frequencies spanning from RF, microwave and mm-wave up to terahertz bands. The typical applications are high-speed wireless communications, high-resolution radars and imaging systems, but more emerging areas such as wireless energy transfer and health care are also envisioned. In particular, the integrated solution for mm-wave and terahertz spectrum, owing to its tremendously wide bandwidth, opens up unprecedented opportunities for various next-generation wireless markets. Our research aims to make creative breakthroughs in developing individual circuits and integrated systems at such challenging frequency spectrum.
