KOSEN은 다음과 같이 재미과협 New York 및 New Jersey Chapter 공동으로 개최되는 13th KSEA Northeast Regional Conference(NRC 2003)를 후원합니다. <다음> 1. 시기: 2003년 5월 2-3일(양일간) 2. 장소: Swan Lake Resort Hotel, Swan Lake, New York(미국) 3. 참가방법: 첨부된 등록 서류(Word 양식, PDF 양식)를 작성, Seongkon_kim@merck.com로 4월 25일까지 제출 NRC 2003은 재미과협 회원은 물론 비회원 및 한국의 과학기술자들과의 친밀한 교류를 장려하고, 한국과 미국의 연구 개발의 발전에 기여하고자 합니다. 본 행사는 특히, 초기 한국 이민자들을 기념하기 위한 Centennial Committee of Korean Immigration의 후원도 받습니다. NRC 2003은 미국 내 한인 과학기술자들의 역사를 재점검하면서, 과학기술분야에 발전된 미래를 위해 어떻게 그들의 뒤를 이어갈 것인가에 대한 토론을 할 수 있는 좋은 기회가 될 것입니다. NRC 2003은 KOSEN 회원님을 행사에 초대합니다. KOSEN 회원님을 초대하는 NRC 2003 Program Committee Co-Chair 양경호 박사님의 메세지입니다. ------------------------ NRC2003 would intend to promote close interactions among KSEA members, non-members as well as between KSEA members and the scientists and engineers from Korea in the broad scientific fields, and to contribute to the advancement of research and development both in Korea and in the United States. Also, the conference is especially sponsored by the centennial committee of Korean Immigration in commemoration of early Korean immigrants. This is to be a great opportunity to review the history of Korean-American Scientists and Engineers, and to discuss how to succeed them for our prosperous future in the fields of science and engineering. There will be special social events including golf, tennis, racquet ball, and swimming etc., which all of the participants can join and enjoy as a Saturday afternoon program. We would like to have members in KOSEN attend NRC 2003. Please have them fill out the attached registration form, and send it to KSEA no later than 25th of April, 2003.
