- Report of activities for the term 2002-2003
- Election of the 1st Vice President (We elect the 1st VP who will be President for the next term, 2004-2005.)
- Planning the activities for the term 2003-2004: Math competition (for Korean-American students in NJ), Technical seminars etc.
- Revision of the KSEA-NJ by-law
- Networking
