미국 물리학회 주최, 플라즈마 분과 모임이 국제 물리학회 의회 모임과 함께 캐나다의 퀘벡시에서 열림니다. 플라즈마 쪽으로는 가장 큰 학회인것 같고, 한국에서도 50 여편의 논문을 발표합니다. 저도 발표자로 참가하는데 이 학회의 보고서를 작성해보고 싶습니다.
