현재 페로브스카이트 구조를 가지는 유무기하이브리드 소재는 새로운 태양전지 소재로 매우 각광을 받고 있다. 최근 몇 년 사이에 20% 이상의 고효율을 달성하였고, 저렴한 소재와 비진공 공정 기술로 차세대 태양전지로 인식되고 있다. 하지만 태양전지 소재가 수분에 취약하여 장기적으로 안정하지 못한 큰 문제점을 안고 있다. 본 논문은 상기한 페로브스카이트 태양전지의 최근 연구동향과 현재 안고 있는 문제점에 대해서 잘 정리되어 있다.
