만능줄기세포 기술과 리포터를 이용한 세포 추적 기술이 합쳐져, 세포 기원의 확인과 원하는 세포의 증식 기술이 발전하고 있다. 본 분석물은 두가지 기술이 합쳐져 어떤 분야에 적용되고 있고, 어떻게 더 확장 적용될 수 있는 지를 알아보기 위해 심근 세포 분화를 예로 들어 현재까지 개발된 기술들에 대해 자세히 고찰하고 있다.
