소화기 점막을 통하여 단백질과 같은 생분해성 약물을 송달하고자 할 경우에 소화관내에서의 안정성, 제조 공정상의 안정성, 보관상의 안정성 등을 신중히 고려하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 생분해성 약물 경구용 송달시스템의 제형 설계에 관한 전반적인 내용을 다루고 있다.
