최근들어 초음파 자극을 이용한 뇌혈액관문 약물송달 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 미리미터 이하의 정밀도를 가진 집속형초음파시스템과 초음파 반응성 약물송달시스템을 이용하여 중추신경계에 약물 또는 유전자를 전달하고자하는 최근의 연구들을 리뷰하였다.
