생명은 점점 생존에 유리한 방식으로 진화를 하고 있다. 다양한 기능을 위해서는 다양한 물질과 더불어 그 기능에 특화된 구조가 필요하다. 인간은 이러한 생물들의 기능의 모방을 위해 다양한 연구를 진행하고 있으며 다양한 재료들이 그 대체자로 각광을 받고 있다. 본 분석물은 생명들의 어떠한 방식으로 각 기관이 다양한 작용을 하며 이를 연구하기위한 인간들의 노력을 설명하고 있다. 이런 분야는 미래에 절대적으로 필요한 필수 영역이기 때문에 앞으로의 연구에 큰 도움이 되리라 생각된다.
