◆ 회의개요

본 32 차 EU PVSEC 학술대회는 신재생 에너지 선두국가인 독일을 중심으로 유럼, 미국 그리고 아시아를 비롯하여 세계 각국의 태양광 분야 전문가 들이 참여하는 가장 큰 규모의 국제학술대회이다.
30개국 181명의 전문가로 구성된 위 학회조직은 세계에서 가장 큰 규모에 걸맞게 태양광 산업 및 학술발표를 하며 태양광분야 전시회도 동시에 진행한다. 총 7개의 큰 주제아래 126 개의 세션으로 나눠져 약 1,000개 이상의 발표가 진행된다.
신재생 에너지 특히 태양광분야의 가장 권위있는 학회인 만큼 배우고 보고 느낄 분야가 많다.
세계 각국의 선도하는 연구성과와 방향, 기업들의 현재기술과 목표, 향후방향 그리고 세계 각국의 태양광분야의 경제,시장상황 및 정책 등 다양한 정보를 얻을 수 있는 학술대회이다.

본인은 고려대학교 신소재공학과 에서 태양전지를 연구하는 사람으로서
위 학회에 참석하며 이번 2016 EU PVSEC 에서 New Material and Concepts for Solar cells and modules의 세션에서 구두발표자(Oral presentation speaker)로 선정 되었다.

위 학술대회는 아직까지 대한민국 연구자들이 구두발표나 초대발표자로 선정되는 일이 드물었던
권위있는 태양광 학술대회 이다. 이 분야 특히 결정질 태양전지분야에서 구두발표자로 선정됨에
자부심을 느끼고 여기서 대한민국의 과학기술, 태양광 연구를 세계에 더 알릴 수 있는 기회라고 생각한다.

본인은 위 학술대회에서 가장 비중이 있는 결정질 실리콘 분야, 그리고 모듈
요즘 세계적으로 태양광에 새로운 재료의 비중이 있는 perovskite 분야 등에 초점을 맞춰서
보고서를 작성할 계획이다.
시간이 허락되는한 세계적인 시장상황 및 정책등의 정보도 수집할 계획이다.
