최근 종양 생물학자들 사이에서 종양대사에 관한 관심이 증대하고 있다. 본 리뷰는 암세포 내 당대사의 리프로그래밍에 대한 우리의 이해를 과거와 현재를 아울러 설명하고 있다. 또한 리프로그래밍된 당대사를 새로운 암치료 타겟으로의 활용에 대한 가능성도 논의 하고 있다.
