최근에 액츄에이터를 제작하고 조작하는 새로운 기술에 대한 많은 관심과 연구가 있었다. 본 리뷰 논문에서는 UV 리소그래피와 직접 레이저 조사와 같은 빛을 매개로한 액츄에이터 제조 기술과 빛을 이용한 액츄에이터 조작 기술에 대한 새로운 도전에 대해 정리한 것이다. 액츄에이터 제조와 구동과 관련한 새로운 접근과 시도로 이 분야에 관심 있는 연구자들에게 동향 및 전망 파악에 도움이 되는 자료라 판단된다.
