본 자료는 대표적인 온실 가스를 포집하는 분리 공정의 하나인 분리막 공정을 대상으로 현재까지의 연구 동향과 향구 전망 공정등에 대하여 포괄적으로 다루고 있다.
본 총설의 경우 분리막을 연구하는 연구자뿐 아니라 탄소 포집에 관한 일반적인 연구 동향을 파악하고, 향후 연구 방향을 설정하는데 매우 유용한 자료로 사용되리라 사료된다.
