본 논문은 III-VI족 이차원 층상구조 물질에 대한 리뷰 논문으로 전이금속칼코게나이드 물질에 집중된 연구 동향을 감안할 때 연구 주제를 다양화 할 수 있는 계기가 될 것으로 생각되어 추천하고자 한다.
