WTS 2017은 무선 및 이동 통신에 특화된 국제학술대회로 매년 미국에서 개최되며 올해는 시카고에서 4월 26일부터 28일까지 3일간 개최된다. 특화된 학술대회로써 관련 분야의 연구발표뿐만 아니라 저명학자의 기조연설을 들을 수 있는 좋은 기회를 매년 제공하고 있다. 본 학술대회의 연구범위는 다음과 같다.
