Transformation of economy, policy and other fields of life in the Czech Republic has made such a progress that it has come in sight to be necessary to deal in more detail with much longterm problem. The Czech Republic as the Central European country of a moderate size can only base its future prosperity on the full involvement into international trade. The geographical location and cultural and industrial tradition of the country together with a high level of culture of its citizens allow and even require gradual increase of the deal of the Czech Republic in international trade as the country of origin of the high quality,high technology and advanced products. Our country has to support the trade with goods in which results of domestic research and development are applied and in this line to involve satisfactorily into international co-operation.
