    * Entrez (National Center for Biotechnology Information) http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Entrez/ This site allows you to search a "genetics" subset of MEDLINE as well as the NCBI protein, nucleotide, and genome and the MMDB 3-D protein structures databases. A full range of genetic codes are presented, and you can also browse or search the NCBI/GenBank taxonomy database. * BIOSIS http://www.biosis.org - BIOSIS, established in 1926, is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to foster the growth, communication and use of biological knowledge for the common good. By accumulating the world's largest collection of abstracts and bibliographic references to worldwide biological and medical literature and organizing this information for easy access, BIOSIS provides vital sources of information for life scientists. BIOSIS processes approximately 550,000 items each year, from primary research and review journals, books, monographs, and conference proceedings. The BIOSIS information system, a pool of material totalling over 13 million citations at the end of 1999, is available in several formats. * NCBI Taxonomy http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Taxonomy-The NCBI taxnomy database contains the names of all organisms that are represented in the genetic databases with at least one nucleotide or protein sequence. * AGRIGOLA http://www.nal.usda.gov/ag98 -AGRICOLA (AGRICultural OnLine Access) is a bibliographic database of citations to the agricultural literature created by the National Agricultural Library and its cooperators. Production of these records in electronic form began in 1970, but the database covers materials in all formats, including printed works from the 15th century. The records describe publications and resources encompassing all aspects of agriculture and allied disciplines, including animal and veterinary sciences, entomology, plant sciences, forestry, aquaculture and fisheries, farming and farming systems, agricultural economics, extension and education, food and human nutrition, and earth and environmental sciences. AGRICOLA does not contain the materials, but it does identify and help locate them. * Genome Database (GDB) http://www.gdb.org/ - official central repository for genomic mapping data resulting from the Human Genome Initiative. International collaboration in support of the Human Genome Project. * TIGR Database (TDB) http://www.tigr.org/tdb/ - collection of curated databases containing DNA and protein sequence, gene expression, cellular role, protein family, and taxonomic data for microbes, plants and humans. * International Nucleotide Sequence Database Collaboration DNA Data Bank of Japan (DDBJ), Mishima, Japan http://www.ddbj.nig.ac.jp - Sequence Retrieval http://ftp2.ddbj.nig.ac.jp:8000/cgi-bin/getent - DNA Sequence Submissions (Sakura) http://sakura.ddbj.nig.ac.jp European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL/EBI) Nucleotide Sequence Database, Hinxton, UK http://www.ebi.ac.uk - Sequence Retrieval http://www.ebi.ac.uk/queries/queries.html - DNA Sequence Submissions http://www.ebi.ac.uk/ebi_docs/embl_db/ebi/databasehome.html GenBank (National Center for Biotechnology Information) Bethesda, MD, USA http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov - Sequence Retrieval http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Web/Search/index.html - DNA Sequence Submissions (BankIt) http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Banklt/ * 단백질 서열 DB SWISS-PROT Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics, Swiss http://www.expash.ch/sprot/sprot-top.html Protein Information Resource (PIR) Washington DC, USA http://www-nbrf.georgetown.edu/pri/searchdb.html * 생체 대사 경로 및 특정 주제별 DB들 Metabolic Pathways EcoCyc http://ecocyc.PangeaSystems.com/ecocyc/ ExPASY-Biochemical Pathways http://expasy.hcuge.ch/cgi-bin/search-biochem-index KEGG http://www.genome.ad.jp/kegg/ WIT2.0 http://wit.mcs.anl.gov/WIT2/wit.html Structure or Proteins Bio.
