    워낙 오래전에 알려진 효소라 2004년도에 나온 논문은 없는 듯 하네요... 현재까지 Arabidopsis thaliana (Mouse-ear cress), Bacillus cereus, Bacillus circulans, Bacillus firmus, Hordeum vulgare (Barley), Ipomoea batatas (Sweet potato) (Batate), Zea mays (Maize), Medicago sativa (Alfalfa), Paenibacillus polymyxa (Bacillus polymyxa), Secale cereale (Rye), Glycine max (Soybean), Thermoanaerobacter thermosulfurogenes (Clostridium thermosulfurogenes), Trifolium repens (Creeping white clover), Vigna unguiculata (Cowpea), Triticum aestivum (Wheat) 등의 종에서 cloning이 되어 있는 것 같습니다. 각각에 대한 cloning paper는 www.expasy.org의 Enzyme DB에서 beta-amylase로 search 하신 후, cross-reference에 있는 Swiss-Prot을 보시면 알 수 있을 겁니다. >베타 아밀라제 논문중에서 cloning쪽 논문 부탁합니다.. > >2004년도 나온 논문 부탁 드립니다.. > >좋은 하루 되세요..수고 하세요..
