RINm5F cell이용 apoptosis 유도..???

RINm5F cell을 이용해서 Apoptosis를 일으킬려고 합니다.. 혹시 RINm5F cell에서 Apoptosis가 잘 유도되는 시약 추천부탁드립니다. 관련 자료도 부탁드립니다. 감사합니다.

    RINm5F cell에서 apoptosis를 일으키는 물질로는 nitric oxide, palmitate, amylin 등이 있군요. 아래 문헌을 참조 하시기 바랍니다. Nitric oxide-induced carbonylation of Bcl-2, GAPDH and ANT precedes apoptotic events in insulin-secreting RINm5F cells. Exp Cell Res. 2004 Feb 1;293(1):22-30. cAMP Dose-dependently prevents palmitate-induced apoptosis by both protein kinase A- and cAMP-guanine nucleotide exchange factor-dependent pathways in beta-cells. J Biol Chem. 2004 Mar 5;279(10):8938-45. Epub 2003 Dec 19. Amylin-induced cytotoxicity is associated with activation of caspase-3 and MAP kinases. Biol Chem. 2002 Nov;383(11):1751-8. 윗분께서 staurosporin을 추천해 주셨는데요. 저도 많이 써봤지만 한가지 주의 할 점은 적정 농도를 세포주 마다 다시 잡아야 할 필요가 있습니다. 왜냐하면, 농도가 높아질수록 죽어가는 세포에서 apoptosis에서 necrosis로 변해 가는데 될 수 있으면, necrosis가 10% 미만인 농도로 처리하시길 바랍니다.
