    Easy Stripping Method: 1. Put the blot in the following solution: 100 mM 2-mercaptoethanol 2% SDS 62.5 mM Tris-Cl pH 6.7 2. incubate 50 degrees for 30 min. in a sealed plastic container in the shaking water bath. (this can be repeated if necessary) 3. Rinse with TBST. Can be stored at 4 degrees. 4. Reblock with TBSTM as in step 2 of Western probing method (above) before reprobing with antibody. Harder Stripping Method: 1. Put the blot in the following solution: 0.2 M Glycine-HCl pH2.5 0.05% Tween-20 100 mM 2-mercaptoethanol 2. incubate 60 degrees for 60 min. in a sealed plastic container in the shaking water bath. 3. Repeat. 4. Rinse with TBST. Can be stored at 4 degrees. 5.     >western시 reprobing solution 만드는 법과 방법 좀 가르쳐주세요~ >멤브레인을 보관하거나 다른 antibody를 붙여서 사용하려고 하거든요.. >부탁드립니다.. 저도 만들어서, 온도 올려서 stripping 해 봤는데요, 아무래도 2-ME를 쓰고 그러는 관계로 번거럽고 몸에도 많이 안 좋네요... 저는 주로, Chemicon 에서 나오는 ReBlot을 사서 썼습니다. mild, strong 종류에 따라 선택에서 사용하면 될거 같아요. stripping도 15분 정도면, 다른 Ab붙일 수 있습니다. 다른걸로는, Calbiochem에서 나오는 stripping buffer도 있어요, 가격도 적당하고,깨끗하게 잘 떨어 지네요.
