Does anybody know where I can get the sequence of the MFG/MCS/Puro vector? I have done a google, yahoo search and find nothing.

    일단 질문에 정확한 vector 이름을 명기해주세요. 아니면 도와드리려해도 힘듭니다. 일단 Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A. 1988 Sep;85(17):6460-4 참조하여 pMFG mother vector 재구성 해보세요. (이 작업에는 VectorNTI가 유용합니다) 그리고 MCS seq는 vector마다 다르니 얻은 vector그림 보고 직접입력하시고. puro는 역시 얻은 vector map이 있으면 끼워넣을수 있습니다. 마치 puzzle맞추는듯한 작업인데 해보면 재미있습니다. 그리고 riken site에 http://www.brc.riken.jp/lab/dna/rvd/SOP/Retro/pMFGneo.pdf 참조하세요. >Does anybody know where I can get the sequence of the MFG/MCS/Puro vector?
