먼저 첫번째 질문입니다.
adenocarcinoma와 squamous cell carcinoma의 mophology적 차이점이
무엇인지 구체적으로 알고 싶구요
두번째 질문으로는 제가 현재 HCT116 human colon cancer를 가지고
xenograft tumor model을 만들어서 실험을 하고 있습니다.
그런데 여기서 의문점이 human colon cancer는 adenocarcinoma 형태라고
하던데 xenograft tumor model에서 tumor를 절제하고
paraffin embed section을 통해서 관찰을 한 결과 squamous cell carcinoma형태로 나타났다고 하더라구요. adenocarcinoma cell을 주입해서 tumor를 만들면 꼭 adenocarcinoma형태로 나타나야하나요? 아니면
squamous cell carcinoma 형태로도 나타날수 있나요? 답변 부탁드립니다.
