    The complete cDNA of eukaryotic translation elongation factor 1A (eEF1A) from the soft coral Scleronephthya gracillimum (K？kenthal) (Alcyonacea, Octocorallia, Anthozoa, Cnidaria)was cloned by RT-PCR and the nucleotide sequences were determined. 부드러운 산호(산호중에 각질이 부드러운 종류래요) 인 Scleronephthya gracillimum 의 eukaryotic translation elongation factor 1A (eEF1A) 의 전체 cDNA는 RT-PCR을 통해 클론되고 염기서열도 결정되었다. (가로안에 있는 Alcyonacea, Octocorallia, Anthozoa, Cnidaria는 부드러운 산호의 종류에요) The information on primary structure of the eEF1A gene and protein may be useful for the gene expression study as well as for the phylogenetic study. eEF1A gene과 protein의 일차구조에 대한 정보는 계통발생학에서 유전자의 발현을 연구하는데 유용할 것이다. The full-length cDNA of S. gracillimum eEF1A comprised 1612 bp, not including the poly (A)+ stretch, and contained a complete open reading frame encoding 461 amino acids. S. gracillimum eEF1A 의 전체 cDNA는 poly A( A가 길게 있는거~) 를 제외하고 총 1612 base pair로 이루어져 있으며 , 461개의 아미노산을 암호화하고있는 ORF가 있다. The deduced amino acid sequence showed 85% identity to placozoan, 86% to human and 77% to hydra. 포함된 아미노산의 염기서열은 placozoan과 85%, 사람과 86%, 히드라와 77%가 동일하다. 시간이 없어서 일단 여기까지만 해석요 ㅠㅠ 뒷부분 해석도 원하시면 해드릴게요
