TiO2 나노 파우더 합성에 대해 질문드려요

TiO2를 DSSC용 페이스트를 제작하려고 하는데 나노 파우더로 제작하기위해 졸겔법을 사용하려고 합니다. 이 공정을 위해 필요한 재료나 기자재등이 상세히 무엇인지 그리고 상세한 절차를 알고 싶습니다. 또한 관련 레퍼 있으면 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다. 화학적인 부분이 전공도 아니고 너무 어렵네요 ㅠ 관련 논문이랑 자료를 찾아봤는데 방법이 다 틀리고 .. 들어가는 재료의 용도도 상세히 나와있질 않아 혹시나 관련자료가 있으시면 부탁드립니다 ~~ 좋은하루 보내십시요 ~

    >TiO2를 DSSC용 페이스트 제작 The TiO2 was prepared by sol-gel method following typical procedures; titanium(IV) isopropoxide (Ti[OCH(CH3)2]4, Aldrich, 10mL) was prepared as a precursor, and mixed with 2-methoxyethanol (CH3OCH2CH2OH, Aldrich, 50mL) and catalyst of HCl and ethanolamine (H2NCH2CH2OH, Aldrich, 5mL) in a three-necked flask each connected with a condenser, thermometer, and argon gas inlet/outlet. The mixed solution was then heated to 80˚C for 2 hours under magnetic stirring, followed by heating to 120˚C for 1 hour. The two-step heating (80 and 120˚C) was then repeated. The typical TiOx precursor solution was prepared in isopropyl alcohol.
