> > > 단백질을 인지질에 decoration한다, 혹은 engineering한다는 말이 무슨 말인가요? Phospholipids를 말 그대로 인지질입니다. 즉 분자구조적으로 negative charge를 가지고 있습니다. Phospholipids는 그 자체적으로는 일종의 micelle구조를 이룰 것입니다. 따라서 negative group(phosphate)을 선두로 head group은 바깥쪽으로 tail부분은 내부적으로 hydrophobic interaction을 이룰것입니다. head group쪽에 거대한 negative charge는 protein이 가지고 있는 net positive charge과 interaction에 의해서 binding 될 수 있습니다. 이런 경우 protein이 인지질에 decorating되었다고 합니다. 세부적인 내용은 첨부 파일을 참고해 보세요. Protein이 인지질외에도 합성된 negative charge를 가지고 있는 polymer에도 decoration되는 사례들이 종종 보고 되고 있습니다.
