단백질 발현시에 유전자 크기와의 관계

외래 유전자를 박테리아나 동물세포 같은 host 에 발현시킬때 유전자의 size가 크게되면 유전자의 발현양이 낮아질꺼같은데요.. 이를 이용해 모든경우에 적용되는 것은 아니지만 삽입유전자의 크기를 줄이면 단백질 발현이 증가할뿐 아니라 유전자 조작면에서도 편리한데요. 이에대한 레퍼런스 논문 있으면 좀 알려 주세요.. 부끄럽게도 이쪽일을 잘 몰라서 못찾겠네요..
