human monocyte cell line인 THP-1 cell에서 ROS를 측정해바야 하는데 어떻게 하면 될까요?? 일단은 DCFH-DA를 사용해서 microplate reader로 형광을 읽으려고 하는데.. Protocol도 없고 해본 사람도 주위에 없어서 막막합니다... Protocol이나 이렇게 실험한 논문 같은거라도 있으면 좀 올려주세요..ㅠㅠ
