제가 지금 논문을 읽고있는데요.
그 논문은 hepatitis c virus replication이 AMPK라는 kinase inhibition에의해 강화된다는걸 밝히는 논문인데요.
그것을 알아보기위해 저자들은 먼저 in cells stably harboring an HCV genotype 1b cultureadapted subgenomic replicon을 이용해 실험한뒤,
cells were transfected with in vitro transcribed full-length RNA of the cellculture permissive genotype 2a HCV isolate, JFH-1에서도 동일한지 알아보았습니다.
저는 처음에 replicon cell과 infection cell이 같은 의미있줄알았는데
그게 아니라 혼란스러운데요. 두 cell사이에 무슨차이가 있길래 이렇게 하는지 궁금합니다. 알려주세요^^
