rapid visco analyzer에 관한 질문입니다.

안녕하세요 amylase로 실험을 하고 있는 실험초보 입니다. 평소에 효소로 실험할 때엔 단위로 unit을 주로 이용했는데요 이번에 사용하는 amylase는 unit이 따로 나와 있지 않고 declared activity 12 SNU/g 이라고 적혀 있네요 찾아 본 결과 rapid visco analyzer를 사용해 viscosity(점도)를 측정 할 때 사용하는 단위더라구요 주어진 시간 동안 온도 변화를 주면서 생기는 점도의 변화를 측정하는것 같은데 ;; 제가 궁금한건 우선 위에 언급된 12 SNU/g를 어떻게 해석하면 되는건지 궁급하구요 (주어진 시간동안 1g의 amylase로 12번 저을수 있다는 말인가요?;; 그런데 RVA같은 경우 여러 포인트에서 SNU를 측정하던데 ;; 그리고12라는 숫자도 어떤개념인지 모르겠습니다.) 그리고 12 SNU/g를 unit의 개념으로 바꾸려면 어떻게 해야 하는지도 알고 싶습니다. 오늘도 즐거운 실험하세요 ㅎ

    The viscosity of the gelatinised starch undergoing liquefaction in the flour-water suspension, simultaneously heated to 95 °C in the Rapid Visco Analyser, is measured as the current necessary to rotate the stirrer at constant speed after three minutes of test (in the 180th second) and expressed in arbitrary units as "Stirring Number".
