    - Max score: 가장 높은 alignment score (bit-score)

     

    The value S′ is derived from the raw alignment score S in which the statistical properties of the scoring system used have been taken into account. By normalizing a raw score using the formula:

    a “bit score” S′ is attained, which has a standard set of units, and where K and lambda are the statistical parameters of the scoring system. Because bit scores have been normalized with respect to the scoring system, they can be used to compare alignment scores from different searches.

     

    - Total score: alignment score (bit-score)의 합

     

    - Query coverage: database 시퀀스에 match된 query 시퀀스 길이의 퍼센트

     

    - E value (Expect value): 우연히 똑같은 시퀀스를 만날 확률. 즉 0에 가까울 수록 significant match 임.
