FCCL에 쓰이는 폴리이미드에 대해 궁금한게 있습니다.
박막동판 위에 폴리아믹산을 이용해 열 경화 코팅하는 과정인데 6 마이크로 두께일 때는 접어도 깨지는 현상이 보이지 않지만 두께가 두꺼워 지니(50um 이상??) 접었을 경우 크랙이 발생하네요
1. 보통 몇 um이상일 때 접었을 경우 폴리이미드는 크랙이 발생할까요??
2. 이 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방법이 있을 까요?? (첨가제, 다른 계열의 폴리아믹산????)

폴리이미드가 가지고 있는 가공성 문제와 연결되는 것 같군요
1. 용매 조합을 통한 bubble 방지 40um 이상이 두께 film 제조 특허
A process of producing a polyimide film including
applying a polyamic acid solution composition to a substrate
to form a coating layer and heating the coating
layer, wherein the polyamic acid solution composition
contains a mixed solvent system of at least two solvents
selected from N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, N-ethyl-2-pyrrolidone,
and 1,3-dimethyl-2-imidazolidinone, each solvent
being present in a proportion ranging from 7% to 93%
based on the total mixed solvent system, and a polyamic
acid composed mainly of s-BPDA and PPD. The process
enables a film with a thickness exceeding 40 um to be
formed without involving bubble formation. (첨부 특허 참고)
a polyimide film having excellent heat resistance and mechanical properties,
especially tensile strength, tensile elastic modulus, and tear strength can be obtained without involving bubble formation even with a large film thickness. -

The polyimides were synthesized by imidization method which involves two
step process. In the first step monomers are condensed to form polyamic acid. In
the second step, conversion of polyamic acid into polyimides was followed by
three methods viz., chemical, solution and thermal imidization methods.
Polyimide films were prepared by condensing 3,3',4,4'-azobenzene-tetracarboxylic
dianhydride (ABTD) with one of the following aliphatic diamines viz. diamino
ethane, 1,4-diamino butane and 1,8-diamino octane. Polyimides ABTD-DAE,
ABTD-DAB and ABTD-DAO were chosen for casting films onto a glass plate
using 0.5 % p-toluene sulfonamide as plasticizer. A fixed thickness of 0.015 cm
was taken in these cases. -
