Horse serum coating 방법 문의드립니다.

근육을 이용해 primary cell culture를 할 계획입니다. 참고하고 있는 문헌상 방법 중 Horse serum 을 pasteur pipettes와 dish에 coating 하는 스텝이 있습니다. 구글링해서 방법이 나오지 않아서 문의 드립니다.
혹시 HS에 넣고 overnight하면 되는 건가요??

    간단히 요약하면  필터한 horse serum을 2-3 ml 채우고, 골고루 적시어 남은 용액은 다음 플레이트를 코팅하도록 옮겨 사용, 5 분 정도 drying 한 후 culture.(drying 시간은 적절히 연장시킬 수 있을 것 같습니다.)

    • Filter heat inactivated horse serum (~2ml/animal) through a 0.44um filter and then coat (per animal) 5x60mm culture plates for fiber isolation (fill one plate with 2-3ml, swirl and then transfer to next plate). Allow the plates to dry for 5 mins. The horse serum, will prevent fibers from sticking to the plates.
