미국 뉴저지 정부 정식 인가 된 비영리 단체로, 뉴욕과 뉴저지에서 무료로 운영되는 HTML/CSS 강좌로 부터 지역 소상공인들을 위한 온라인 창업을 지원하며 무료 웹 쇼핑몰 강의에서 운영 방법까지 12주 과정 또는 14주 과정으로 지역 사회에 도움이 되는 강의를 개설 운영하는 비영리 단체로 간단히 지역사회에선 "시나브로" 야학당이라 불리고있음.
