This is a nano thin film research laboratory located at Chungnam National University in Daejeon, Korea. Our lab is an international lab with many peoples coming from many countries in the world such as Korea, India, China and Vietnam. Especially, Students and researchers in lab are advised by a famous professor, Soon-Gil Yoon. In our laboratory, the experimental system is equipped by modern equipments including Sputtering system, Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD), Metal-Organic Chemical Deposition (MOCVD), Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD), Rapid Thermal Annealing (RTA), and the other measurement systems… Each member in lab uses one-equipment. Recently, Research areas which are concerning are:
1. Thin film capacitor.
2. Thin film metamaterial.
3. Thin film conductor.
4. Thin film battery.
5. Nanowire and nanodot.
6. Spintronics.
7. Advanced Memory.
8. Ferroelectric
Besides research activities, every year lab also organizes to go to picnic for members such as going to ski or to visit some beautiful places in Korea. Typically, the members can go to abroad easily when he or she joins to conference.
Every year, we always welcome master and Ph.D candidate joining to our lab. There are two times in one year you can apply to our lab; it is March and September. However, the applying documents should be earlier submitted (on November and June). When you become our lab member, you will be whole-hearted by senior peoples, post doctors, and professor.
