나노 결정 실험실

We are working on fabrication and applications of artificial multi-dimensional structures. Holographic Interference Lithography (HIL) is a fast and efficient technique that allows one to create 1D, 2D and 3D (Three-Dimensional) nano-periodic structures with large-area and defect-free coverage. Additionally, this technique offers increased control over cell geometry and volume fraction. Because of many advantages that IL offers for 3D fabrication, it became subject of very active investigations in recent years. Multi-dimentional periodic nano-structures have found numerous applications in batteries, solar cells, photonic crystals, phononic crystals, bioscaffolds and microtrusses. Especially, 3D periodic nano-structures with specific prosperities will open up the possibility in a number of fields which is not attainable from simple 1D or 2D structures. Figure 1 and 2 show the SEM image of 3D structure fabricated via IL and BLS spectrum of IL structure with tunable phonic prosperity, respectively. 그림1. SEM image of IL structure 그림2.
