Our laboratory, Aerodynamics lab, investigate the fluid dynamics with numerical simulation research using computers as well as experimental study using wind tunnels and has come into being since professor 'Seung-O Park' appointed at KAIST. For the past twenty years, we have published fiftieth dissertations to overseas scholarly monographs. These contents are about Turbulent Flow and Transition Phenomena: matters connected with fluid dynamics.
At present our lab has been participate in researches of Flight Vehicle Research Center , Vessel Vehicle Research Center, Smart Unmanned Flight Industry etc. Main research fields of our lab are prediction of transition of boundary-layer, DES(Detached Eddy Simulation) and supersonic collision jet-flow.
