In Metrology & Mechatronics Lab, We've carried out many projects related to 'Precision Metrology & Mechatronics' since 1994. And some categories of projects & researches mentioned below are undergoing in our lab. They are Machine Tool ( various error correction with Laser Interferometer & Ball Bar), Ultra Precision Positioning System for Semi conductor equipments, Vision systems for measuring systems of precision component parts, and Coordinate Measuring Machines.
