In the Computaional Biology & Bioinfomatics Lab, the research being done focuses on proteomics. Experimental and computational efforts are devoted to large-scale generation and analysis of information derived from 3D structures and dynamics of proteins, with the goal of scientific and commercial break through in drug discovery. The research is being conducted using a variety of methods such as homology modeling, threading, ab initio prediction, virtual screening, and molecular dynamics.
