- pursuit of leading technology in ship and offshore industrial field
- active application to practical ship and offshore structural design
- establishment of robust theoretical background.
- long-term planning and step-by-step execution.
Research Direction
- Previous structural research was focused on the study of effect of various structural designs and fabrication factors on the strength and fatigue assessment.
- Our future research is towards a bridging role between research on extreme
load generation and ship and offshore structural design.
