유기인쇄전자소자 실험실

Our group is interested on fundament science in various organic electronic devices (OFET, OLED, OPV, organic memory, OLED lighting, and organic sensors etc.) and development of those on rigid and flexible substrates with conjugated polymers or other printable active materials via cost-effective graphic art printing methods. We are developing printable functional materials, formulation and novel printing methodology for cheap and high resolution patternings to realizes high performance those devices. In addition, our group is developing other large area printing and coating methods to apply manufacturing flat panel and flexible display, OLED and OLED lighting, photovoltaic devices, and electrochromic devices. Recently, our interests is extending to stretchable electronic device including materials, processing and physics. Prof. Noh’s group has various printing machines including ink-jet printer, gravure off-set printer, reverse gravure off-set printer, bar coater, spray coater etc. and conventional high vacuum facility to deposit thin metal or organic semiconductor film. We hope that our research can contribute to commercialization of various flexible and unconventional electronic gadgets via innovative manufacuring processes.
