In the Theory of Computaion Laboratory, we are researching various algorithms on Bioinformatics and Interconnection Networks. Our research interests include Haplotype Assembly & Inference and Similarity Search in DNA sequences, and Many-to-Many Disjoint Paths in Hypercube-Like Networks.
