Greeting: SUStainable COnstruction Management (SUSCOM) Laboratory focuses on researching methods for sustainable construction techniques as well as construction management skills. This is an attempt to solve the problems related to environmental pollution and depletion of resources as construction business progresses. Standing by the ideology behind the establishment, this laboratory is concentrated on profound investigations on economical, sociological and environmental impacts imposed during the lifecycle of a construction project to derive at a solution in the nature of sustainable and systematic construction engineering techniques and construction management methodologies. In addition, researches on scientific approach for a successful construction project based on analyzing lifecycle cost and productivity via computer simulation are also one of our prime interests. Other research areas include infrastructure management, asset management, lifecycle assessment, and multi-family housing projects.
