Our research focuses on investigating the fundamental properties of low-dimensional (low-D) electronic systems and understanding the underlying principles of various functional nanodevices based on low-D materials.
These materials include graphene, transition metal dichalcogenides, nano-organic layers, nanowires, nanocrystals as well as their quantum heterostructures.
