The mission of the Laboratory of Molecular Imaging and Targeted Radiotherapy (LMIR) is to discover new radionuclide-based imaging probes for characterizing the molecular properties of cancer, as well as develop molecularly-targeted radiotherapeutics for treatment of cancer. A major emphasis of LMIR is advancement of the most promising imaging and radiotherapeutic agents to early Phase I/II clinical trials in collaboration with clinical oncologists.
