Energy Device and Nano-Engineering Laboratory at Seoul National University, directed by Prof. Yun Seog Lee, is focused on developing advanced manufacturing technologies and novel device/materials towards high-performance energy applications and emerging semiconductor devices. Interdisciplinary research areas of the lab include (1) thin-film solar cells, (2) solid-state micro-battery, and (3) neuromorphic computing devices.
