- Accuracy and efficiency of dynamical core is greatly affected by choice of grid structure, coordinate system, numerical scheme, software architecture, etc...
- We are considering many new concepts on numerical scheme which can achieve high accuracy while retaining consistency with physics parametrization.
- Local high order scheme (suitable for modern parallel computing system) which can transport tracers effectively and accurately can be the one option.

Aerosol
- Aerosols are particles (solid or liquid) suspended in the air. They interact with the radiation budget and climate both directly and indirectly, resulting atmospheric cooling by scattering sunlight and changing characteristics of cloud through influence on cloud droplet concentration. In addition, aerosols affect the various atmospheric chemical processes.
- Because our GCM(General Circulation Model) we treat at present is a process split model, parameterizations of their roles are divided into several schemes according to their own purpose. Each aerosol schemes has different physics modules which embody the sub-grid process respectively.
- We focus the cloud activation routine of aerosols in these days prior to developing formation, transportation and deposition of aerosols. Aim of the activation routine is generalization of formulations which can represent the nature more similarly using thermodynamics and etc.
