SMILE (SMart + mobILE) lab performs cutting-edge research in wireless networking systems, Internet of Things, and mobile computing. Our designs are driven by new observations and understandings on the interactions between hardware systems and the physical world. We strive to push the limits in scalability, reliability, and efficiency of our everyday devices (e.g., smartphone, laptops, wearables), in the aim to bring ubiquitous computing to reality.
