· Heterogeneous integration of multi-composition, multi-structure and multi-function at the nanoscale
· Fundamental studies of mass and energy transport phenomena at organic/inorganic interfaces
· Charge carrier dynamics (charge transport or charge separation) in opto/electronic devices (LEDs, PDs, PVs, FETs,)
· Futuristic electronic and optoelectronic devices (novel display devices, stretchable/3D devices…)
