I.S.E.E Laboratory aims to discipline students to develop intelligent mechatronics systems that help human beings in various aspects through embedding intelligence to the systems by virtue of studying control theories and intelligent algorithms, simulating system models, designing system structures, implementing hardware, and programming software. The required intelligent tools include neural network, fuzzy logic and other machine learning algorithms.
Research on Intelligent Mechatronics Systems include a variety of robot systems such as robot manipulators, mobile robots, drones, health-care robots, and bio-inspired robots. Students learn how to integrate systems by use of various engineering techniques and knowledge with the background of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Computer science.
